THE CHALLENGE
The apartment scheme at Halliday House & Cheevers Court had an ageing set of EV chargers spread across multiple distribution boards, with no proper load management and inconsistent operation. The owners wanted a clean, reliable, modern system that the management company could actually oversee and control.
THE SOLUTION
- 16 chargers replaced with Garo Entity Pro — modern 3-phase 22kW smart chargers, reusing the existing posts, cabling and comms where possible.
- Proper load management added — load-interface units and CTs fitted across all six distribution boards feeding the chargers.
- A consistent, controlled system — unused points secured and standardised so the car park is clean and manageable.
- Full oversight for management — monitoring, control and reporting across the whole charging estate.

WHY THE APPROACH WORKS
