THE CHALLENGE
Strandview in Bray is a mixed development with residential parking and commercial units, spread across underground and surface bays on landlord supplies that needed an MIC upgrade. The brief was to future-proof every bay at once and put residents and commercial units on a single, manageable network.
THE SOLUTION
- Every bay pre-cabled — 34 Easee blanks installed across the development so any bay can go live with just a Chargeberry.
- Residential and commercial together — a live charger for the commercial (Spar) bay and infrastructure for the units, all on one managed network.
- Supply upgraded and balanced — an MIC upgrade coordinated with ESB, with an Easee equaliser managing load and phase.
- Connectivity sorted — 4G router, Wi-Fi antennas and a cell booster so the app works everywhere on site.
